ARD day 2

Our second day at ARD was a lot of bug-fixing, configuration of users, groups, and permissions on the NAS.  Identifying computers that had viruses and needed a reload and/or to be taken off-net.  More wiki work and training, and a final make-your-own-computers-cat5-cable class, got everyone we could using Microsoft Security Esssentials and Google Chrome, had a brief meeting to project the costs/savings of new computers/printers at various locations, and that's all I remember.  We wrote our documentation on paper, laminated those sheets, and put it in the safe.

The ARD staff was into it.  They stayed late and took us out to lunch.  It felt really good to get something concrete accomplished with them.

Noah's ukulele playing was a bit hit as well.
